These are the Heavy Duty rod holder Inner Sleeves (FXD/ROT) for 30-degree / 15-degree / 00-degree rotating and fixed rod holders, they are fully engineered and made of a UV-resistant rubber compound.

Note: It is recommended a small application of either Sikaflex or Loctite 480 be applied after installation between the rubber and stainless tube down at gimbal pin height for extra holding properties.

  4. Top Cover: Precision cast machined and polished 316 stainless steel.
  5. Isolation Gasket: Resilient rubber blend, designed specifically to be very tough and wear resistant and resist attack from chemicals and uv.
  6. Locking lever: Precision cast, machined and polished 316 stainless steel.
  7. Locking lever cover: Resilient rubber blend, designed specifically to be very tough and wear resistant and resist attack from chemicals and uv.

Installation Provided with your 360 rotating rod holder is an actual size template for ease of positioning your rod holder in the desired location. Depending on the width of your Gunwale and the position of the rod holder being Port, Starboard or on the stern of your craft you need to take into consideration of the amount of rotation you seek and obstructions in the location of the rod holder. We recommended you take the time to inspect under the Gunwale for any interference or obstructions that may be present, if properly positioned, be it a retro fit or a fresh install on the Port or Starboard sides of your craft you will all ways acheive a rotation area of at least a minimum 180-degree to the fishing zone with more rotation possible with a wider Gunwale, in the stern of the craft similar conditions apply in positioning for maximum rotation around the fishing zone.
